General Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days for items returned in original, unused condition. Shipping fees may not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We accept returns either in store or by mailing the item back to:

Non-refundable Items

All customized orders are final sale - this includes engraved items and custom pieces.  Other items that are final sale are marked on the product's page as "This item is final sale."
