Shipping policy

Local Delivery

Local delivery is offered within 20 km of the store.  There is no charge for local delivery for orders over $100.  Orders take up to 48 hours to process and deliver. We will contact you to confirm a delivery time.

Store Pickup

Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 24-48 hours. Please bring your confirmation e-mail to pickup your order.

Shipping

We ship within Canada.  For non-local shipping, there is a charge of $15.  If your order is over $300, there is generally no shipping charge.  Please call or email the store for verification on the shipment of heavy/large items.  519-485-2190.  Thank you!
