This handmade, pure Canadian Amber Gold Birch Syrup is crafted like maple syrup from organic birch sap.  It is naturally gluten free and vegan.

The Gold birch syrup is a premium grade syrup, requiring specific environmental conditions during the sap's first run in addition to the skill of a gifted artisan to create this fruity, sweet variety with notes of caramel, honey and citrus. 

It's distinct golden amber hue lends a rich gourmet accent to fruit, nuts, sweet desserts, creamy cheeses and cocktails!

Pairs especially well with apples, pears, peaches, pineapple, pumpkin, bananas, all kinds of berries, cranberry, coconut, whiskey, bourbon, lemon, orange, ice cream, cheesecake, brie cheese & mild cheeses, pecan, walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts.
