Instructions:
- Rinse feeder bottle and stopper with warm water (NO detergents).
- Fill the feeder with nectar solution, or just tap water. Replace stopper by pressing and twisting firmly into the opening of the feeder.
- For mold prevention, clean the feeder bottle twice a week during hot weather and once a week during cool weather.
Nectar Recipe:
- Mix one part sugar and four parts water.
- Bring solution to a boil for two minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Cool the solution to room temperature before filing the feeder. Excess may be stored in the refrigerator until needed.
NOTE: DO NOT SUBSTITUTE SUGAR with honey or any artificial sweeteners!
