For best results...
- Spread oil on inner side of mold
- Spread oil on pan and heat for one minute
- Reduce to medium heat, place mold in centre of pan to warm it
- Pour batter into mold, using approximately 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake
- Brown for about 1 minute then gently lift mold from pan, using a cloth to prevent finger burn
- Pour batter into leaf veins, brown for another 10 seconds, then turn over
- Brown second side for about 30 seconds, and serve
